What is PowerLastActivity?

This great little solution allows Dynamics CRM users to quickly view the last completed activity, along with the time and date stamp of that activity, on Account, Contact, and Lead entity records in CRM. Having this information available directly on the entity records enables users to quickly see the last time anyone in CRM has reached out to the record and what type of interaction it was.

Additionally, users can pull advanced finds and reports off of these two fields. For example, a user could set-up a dashboard in CRM for all cases that have been open for more than seven days and have not been touched in the last two days. They can then have processes to make sure those cases are being followed-up on properly. Another great example of utilizing the PowerLastActivity fields is having a workflow that will email record owners when their records haven’t been followed-up with in the past week, month, or year. The possibilities are truly endless!
